RULES:

EQUIPMENT: Headgear(?), 6 oz MMA gloves, shinguards, cup, regulation mouthpiece. Good handwrap and Vaseline job.
RULES WHILE STANDING: No elbows, no knees to head. Punching, kicking and knees to the body (and legs) are allowed. (Basically Muay Thai without elows and knees to head) TAKEDOWNS: Wrestling/Judo takedowns/trips. Are we allowing throws(?).
ONE PERSON STANDING - ONE PERSON ON GROUND: No Strikes. Only guard passing and other submission related moves.
BOTH PEOPLE ON THE GROUND: Only grappling. No strikes allowed. All submissions allowed?
ROUNDS: 2Rds of 3Min. 1 Min break between rounds. 1X3 minute overtime round if needed.
