Team Lloyd Irvin Muay Thai DVD's-

 

  We have just finished with MMA Champion Jeff Ruth's 1st Level 1 Muay Thai DVD in a series of Instructional DVD's . First video is on Fundamentals like ranges, stances, punching, footwork, knees and kicking.

 

Second is on bag, focus mitt,  thai pad, and glove work building on the basics and stacking into 2, 3, and 4 count punching and kicking combinations.

 

Third DVD will Covers more fundamentals, drills, and other exercises to build a tough and well conditioned athlete and his unique training style and curriculum.
